About Hilight Automation
Hilight Automation is a local automation company based in Gillette, Wyoming. We help customers solve problems with practical technology.
Our work is centered around a simple idea:
We solve problems through automation.
That might mean helping an operator monitor a remote site, programming a PLC to control equipment, troubleshooting a system that isn’t working, building an automation panel, or installing cameras so a customer can keep an eye on their property without driving there.
We work with oilfield, ranching, commercial, and industrial customers throughout Gillette and the surrounding areas. A lot of the people we serve are dealing with remote sites, important equipment, long drive times, and systems that need to be up and running. We understand that when something goes down, goes offline, or stops communicating, it is more than just an inconvenience; it can lose you money, time, and ruin your whole day.
At Hilight Automation, we specialize in figuring things out. Sometimes, the solution is a full SCADA system. Other times, it is a PLC adjustment, a control panel issue, a camera system, a wiring problem, or a small fix that makes everything work the way it should. Our goal is to look at the whole system, understand what the customer needs, and find a solution that makes sense in the real world.
Hilight Automation provides support for SCADA systems, PLCs, troubleshooting and diagnostics, camera systems, control panels, and automation-related electrical work. We are also a UL508A certified panel shop, have a licensed electrical contractor, and offer NDAA-compliant camera options for customers who need secure, compliant equipment choices.
